Payment Terms
We accept all online activated VISA, MasterCard & American Express debit/credit cards. Customer should make 100% payment before delivery. Customer should follow the usual online payment methods and accept the terms and conditions of the company before making the payment.
Delivery
We deliver directly from our warehouse located in Colombo, Sri Lanka. All items displayed on the website are in stock and ready for dispatch.
Returns & Refunds
Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns. In case of dissatisfaction, customers must contact us within 14 days from receiving the order. We reserve the right to limit refunds and replacements, offering only one replacement per consumer.
